FLEET CAPITAL MANAGEMENT, LLC (FCM) is a privately held company founded and chaired by Bruce L. Fleet, a professional in the investment industry for more than thirty-five years, with a seasoned level of investment management experience and techniques. While Mr. Fleet does not currently hold the active certification, Bruce is listed among the first 2,500 advisors in North America who have received two prestigious recognitions, the Certified Investment Management Consultant (CIMA) and the Investment Strategist Certificate from the Wharton School of Business at The University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Fleet was a member of both The Economic Club of Colorado and The Investment Management Consultants Association.

Throughout his career, Mr. Fleet has been especially interested in teaching investors and professional investment advisors the fundamentals of proper and effective investment management. While some believe one can manage returns, it is Fleets’ trusted opinion that the emphasis should be on managing portfolio risk. His record shows this emphasis often leads to better returns through the potential reduction of downside risk and volatility.
