Form CRS: Customer Relationship Summary
Date: April 1, 2025
Introduction
Fleet Capital Management, LLC is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as an investment adviser. Brokerage and investment advisory services and fees differ, and it is important for you to understand these differences. Free and simple tools are available to research firms and financial professionals at Investor.gov/CRS, which also provides educational materials about investment advisers, broker-dealers, and investing.
What investment services and advice can you provide me?
We offer investment advisory services to retail investors. These services include:
• Portfolio Management: We provide ongoing management of your investments tailored to your financial goals.
* We are not financial planners, we can help you develop a comprehensive plan addressing areas such as retirement, education funding and general guidance relating to estate planning and tax strategies. Please understand that for estate planning and/or tax strategies, you should seek advice from a qualified professional in those areas.
* Investment Consulting: We offer advice on specific investments or strategies without managing your portfolio directly, such as an employer provided retirement plan.
Monitoring: As part of our standard services, we monitor your portfolio regularly to ensure alignment with your goals.
Account Minimums: We require a minimum “household” account size of $500,000 for new clients. This can be achieved by combining multiple accounts (IRA & Non-IRA) for yourself and a spouse (partner) accounts as well.
Investment Authority: For discretionary accounts, we make investment decisions on your behalf within agreed-upon limits. For non-discretionary accounts, you make all final decisions regarding purchases or sales of investments. If you are making all the trades, we will NOT charge any management fees.
“What fees will I pay?”
You will pay an annual fee based on the value of assets in your account, as well as the risk group an account is assigned to, billed monthly. This fee will be calculated as a percentage of assets under management on the last day of each calendar month.
Our firm does NOT charge additional custodial fees, account maintenance fees, and expenses related to trading. Our primary custodian, Schwab Institutional, may charge a small trading fee on certain transactions. I have found this to be relatively rare.
“Help me understand how these fees and costs might affect my investments.”
Any fees charged can negatively affect investment returns. Our firm is keenly aware of this and works hard to minimize the impact of all fees. We also ONLY report performance on a net basis so you always know what your “true” return is.
“What are your legal obligations to me when acting as my investment adviser?”
When we act as your investment adviser, we must act in your best interest and not place our interests ahead of yours. We do NOT believe we have any conflicts of interest when it comes to managing your investments.
“As a financial professional, do you have any disciplinary history?”
Since the founding of Fleet Capital Management, LLC on Jan. 1st, 2006, there have been no disciplinary actions.
